Spiritual Direction is a ministry of attention, where we meet one on one or in small groups to become familiar with the deeper, more expansive Reality present in your everyday life.

My goal in spiritual direction is to hold space for you, listen to your sacred story, and pay attention with you to Divine presence. In spiritual direction we set aside a safe space away from the noise and distractions of life to examine everyday encounters with God. My passion is exploring the sacred interrelationship of all things: between you and the Divine, you and creation, and you and others.
